Attention paradox

It is something that usually in the context of not talking of a speech. This is something we talk not really at all. This is our inner search for attention from others. Need to feel accepted, liked, are recognised and praised is something that everyone feels. Even Sigmunt Freud said long ago that in addition to sexual instincts it search for recognition, the human behavior drives — there are so heavily treated as one of two main motivators of human kind. So the fist thing you need to understand is that it something that everyone feels, and this is very, very strong. The second important thing is that most people that is this necessity of were met far, far away. You remain to civilization in life does not let you contact, enter and get attention and appreciate each other. We all are insatiable. We need attention and recognition as a man needs water to a desert.

This need and status 'hungertod' are so strong that when we in a position to speak in public, it is the struggle for life and death as location for our psyche. We know that we can get... successful public speaking so much does insane. Yet we feel that it will be disaster - if we are rejected, although this is not true because we get less attention if we fail.

Is the solution for fear, treating situation holds a speech as an opportunity attention-seeking stop. Reverse you - give attention to your audience, show you about you really and prepare your presentation in advance before, so you sure that it meets audience needs. This will print you take (as you want to get attention), but also will make that monitor you more attractive to people. Remember you need attention, and if it will give you, see you as one of the most charismatic man you met.
